Need to cool down after a tough workout or a hot day at the beach? Lap up this low-cal, citrus-infused drink.
1 navel orange, peeled
¼ c fat-free half-and-half or fat-free yogurt
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
¼ tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
COMBINE the orange, half-and-half or yogurt, orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and ice cubes. Process until smooth.

I know I’m a little behind the times here. I mean, I don’t even have an iphone. I’ve never had one and probably won’t have one. I usually don’t get to see the movies as soon as they come out in theaters. Redbox has become a way of life for me it seems. But I watched a great movie this weekend. Divergent. If you haven’t seen it, please do. It has the same feel as The Hunger Games. I loved it! It had action, romance, drama. The whole package. Definitely a movie to check out if you haven’t already.
Good Morning Everyone! I know, I know, its Monday. That dreaded day of the week where we have to get out of bed and go back to work. But just think: Friday is only 4 days away! I hope everyone had a good weekend. My husband and I went to see his beloved Razorbacks play on Sat. It was the first time he had ever been to a football game. Thanks to some friends, we had really good seats with a good view of the field. It was a lot of fun. I got a lot of pics and some pretty nice video. I’ll do my best to post a few pics up here or on my facebook page. It was a good game. 52-14 Razorbacks!!
